Set goals: Know how much weight you want to lose. List your reasons for wanting to lose weight and keep this list in front of you. Focus on the benefits that you will experience once you reach your weight loss goals.

Once you complete the lemonade diet, adopting a low glycemic eating plan not only helps you maintain your weight loss, it reduces your risk of heart attack, stroke and a number of other diet related diseases.

Stock your Pantry with that you enjoy eating: Choose foods that are nutrient rich and low to moderate on the Glycemic Index. In addition to the health benefits of reducing your insulin levels following your meals, this approach helps you control your appetite. Repeat the lemonade diet every 30 days until you reach your weight loss goals. Be  sure to incorporate the healthy eating plan and activities that you selected between each cleanse. Your goal is to make healthy eating and physical activity a permanent lifestyle change.

TIP: Portion control is important, eat moderate sized portions of healthy foods. Eating slowly can help you do this. Often we eat too much because we eat too fast. Slowing down lets your body know when you’ve had enough. You feel full sooner.

After You’ve Reached Your Goals With The Lemonade Diet

Congratulations, you now have a slim, healthy body. Your job now is to keep the weight off.

Repeat the Lemonade Diet Cleanse, every three months. Make this a permanent lifestyle change. This will keep your body cleansed of the chemicals and other toxins that are one of the main reasons that we lack energy and gain weight.

Continue With Your Healthy Eating Plan: Of course it goes without saying, that you want to continue with a low to moderate glycemic index eating plan but by now this should be a habit.
